After the download just doubleclick the install program.

The program starts and guides you through the installation process. It will create a shortcut on your desktop. You can use this shortcut to start FarCry in SCF or normal mode.

After you started SCF a window appears where you can choose between:

N - Normal FarCry
S - SCF mode
Q - Quit

1.) The so called SCF tool consists of tho parts: client software and server software.

2.) Using the client tool (for players) allows you to start FarCry in normal mode (for non SCF servers) and SCF mode (for SCF servers.)

3.) You cannot join a non-SCF server in SCF mode. You probably will be kicked by PunkBuster for some file whitelist violations.

4.) If a server is a SCF server (SCF in the server name) then you must start FarCry in SCF mode. Once startet in SCF mode, you cannot join non-SCF servers. Please quit FarCry and restart it normally.

5.) If you use the client tool properly, all additional SCF files will be removed after FarCry has been quit. Never stop the launcher when FarCry is still running. Close FarCry using the Game-Quit command as always.

6.) We don't use the SCF tool to detect pHaez users.

7.) We use this tool to make it as difficult as possible for pHaez (and other script cheat) users to join our servers. In order to join our servers you must have the SCF client tool for players and have to start FarCry in SCF mode with this tool. That's all.

1.) SCF besteht aus 2 Teilen, einer Server- und einer Client-Komponente.

2.) Die Client-Komponente (für Spieler) kann FarCry im normalen Modus (für nicht-SCF-Server) und im sog. SCF-Modus (nur für SCF-Server geeignet) starten.

3.) Es ist nicht möglich, im SCF-Modus einen nicht-SCF-Server zu betreten. Wahrscheinlich wird man von PunkBuster gekickt werden.

4.) Möchte man einen SCF-Server betreten (auf SCF im Servername achten), dann muss man FarCry mit Hilfe des SCF-Client-Tools im SCF-Modus starten. Wurde das Spiel einmal im SCF-Modus gestartet, ist es nicht möglich, "normale" nicht-SCF-Server zu betreten (s. 3.). In diesem Fall FarCry normal beenden und normal starten.

5.) Wird das SCF-Client-Tool richtig benutzt, werden die zusätzlichen SCF-Dateien wieder gelöscht, nachdem FarCry ganz normal wie immer beendet worden ist. Niemals den Launcher (DOS-Fenster) schließen, während FarCry noch läuft. FarCry stets über den normalen Weg beenden.

6.) Wir benutzen SCF in erster Linie nicht, um pHaez-User aufzuspüren.

7.) Wir nutzen dieses Tool, um es für pHaez- oder andere Script-Cheat-User so schwierig wie möglich zu machen, unsere Server zu betreten. Um unsere SHILKA.net-Server betreten zu können, ist das SCF-Tool für Spieler/Clients erforderlich und FarCry muss im SCF-Modus gestartet werden.
